The concept of convergence is brought into reality with the Yamaha RX-V2700 Receiver. It will work with pretty much any consumer electronics device you can come up with. For advanced features, there is a 150-page manual with the specifics. It is possible, however, to get the Yamaha RX-V2700 Receiver into use without extensive reading.

As a proper high-end piece of equipment, the Yamaha RX-V2700 Receiver allows its output to be tailored to your specific environment. With a mic and just a couple of button presses on its remote, users can calibrate its audio output. If the user doesn’t like its choices, they are, of course, overridable.

Its seven amplifiers deliver 140 watts each, which is plenty for a 16x19-foot area. If that’s not enough, however, it allows for the addition of external amps.

All in all, the Yamaha RX-V2700 Receiver is a nicely done piece of high-end entertainment equipment which should satisfy almost all, if not all, of your media needs.
